Our Quality Assurance Program enables us to satisfy customer and employee expectations in the most productive and cost effective manner possible. ABM Canada currently uses a Palm Pilot inspection system with Paradigm+ reporting software. Cleaning quality comes from involving cleaners in the quality process, measuring performance and communicating results. Our program improves our teams' efforts and returns increased value to our customers.

- Complete participation in the quality process, from project manager to supervisor to the cleaning teams

To encourage our employees to own the quality of their work, we use a performance-based quality assurance program to measure the level of service we provide. Employees who produce a consistent quality of service are rewarded with company awards, tickets to sporting events, gifts and/or gift certificates
By using manual inspections with computerized analysis and reporting we are able to ensure high-quality work that is completed on schedule. Routine maintenance orders and scheduled periodic tasks are entered into the inspection system so that all project work is completed and checked on schedule. Computerized reports provide inspection results, confirmation of cleaner productivity, customer feedback and work order histories.
